Standard articles start from KSh 3,000, in-depth articles from KSh 5,000 and technology articles from KSh 7,000.
Website copy starts from KSh 3,000 for one page, KSh 5,000 for a landing page and KSh 12,500 for a five-page website copy project.
Short business documents start from KSh 3,000, company profiles from KSh 8,000 and business proposals from KSh 10,000. Proofreading starts from KSh 1,500 and content editing from KSh 3,000.
These prices apply to the stated word limits and scope. Longer content, specialist research and substantial rewriting receive a separate quote.
Writing creates new content from an agreed brief and source information. Editing improves an existing draft’s clarity, structure, flow and tone. Proofreading focuses on spelling, grammar, punctuation and minor consistency issues.
If your draft needs extensive new content or major restructuring, we assess it as a rewrite rather than basic proofreading.
Provide the purpose, audience, preferred tone, required length and any examples or instructions. For business content, we also need accurate information about your services, experience and offers.
Article packages include the stated desk research using accessible sources. Interviews, paid sources, hands-on testing and extensive specialist research are separately scoped. You confirm business-specific facts and figures before final approval.
New-writing packages include two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed brief. Content Editing includes one clarification round; other editing work follows its agreed scope.
We confirm delivery after reviewing the length, complexity, research needs and current workload. A new topic, changed audience or substantial additional content changes the scope and may require a new quote.
New-writing projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due before final file handover. Small editing tasks and ongoing arrangements follow the payment terms in your quote.
Content is delivered in an agreed editable format. Website publishing, hosting, domains, graphic design, paid research materials and platform subscriptions are separate unless explicitly included.
Writing packages do not include posting schedules, advertising or campaign management. Those can be discussed through our Digital Marketing service.
Website copy packages cover writing only. Company profiles and proposals cover content; graphic design, financial modelling and extensive research are separately scoped.
