About The Project
The Affordable Housing Tracker is a central platform where county directors, project managers, contractors and clerks of works update and review programme information. Development began in December 2025 and was completed around April 2026. Trans-Nzoia County was the pilot, followed by gradual rollout across counties in Kenya. Joweri’s contribution covers the software used to maintain project records, track progress and prepare reports.

The dashboard brings project-status summaries, payment-certificate stages, budget information and constituency-level charts into one view. The screenshots show the Trans-Nzoia pilot environment, with the platform subsequently introduced gradually across counties.
