The Higher Education and Loans Board offers many services at your fingertips. The HELB products are split into three categories, with the first being HELB loans, intended for students joining higher institutions of learning immediately after completing secondary education. The HELB loans comprise Jielimishe Loans for employed or salaried students across the diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and even PHD.
