If you are looking for the best National Polytechnic in Kenya that specializes in offering marketable certificate, diploma, and higher diploma courses in Kenya, your first choice should be the Sigalagala National Polytechnic (SNP). The institution has expanded significantly to offer a wide range of classes, and the best part is that all programs are available to both Self-Sponsored and Government students nationwide.
The Sigalagala National Polytechnic (SNP) was founded in 1950 as a Technical and Vocational Training Institute. However, it wasn’t until May 2016 that the Ministry of Education elevated it to the national Polytechnic in Kenya. As of the writing of this article, the polytechnic has three campuses: the Main campus, the Kakamega Town campus, and the Maturu campus.
